Many internet companies like to make their brands end in ster. It’s naming format that became famous in the 90’s with Sean Parker’s Napster and also Friendster.
The ster suffix naming trend is still going strong with business startups like Playster, Zagster, Comster, influenster , Cutester, RSVPster, admitster, nomster, pactster, wishster, placester, appster, selfster, spottster, checkster, grimmster, myhelpster, …. And on and on and on. You get the idea. One very successful startup is Placester which raised $27M in a Series C funding round. Placester makes real estate marketing simple, effective, and affordable. Their platform allows agents to quickly create and launch beautiful real estate websites for both desktop and mobile, complete with fully-integrated MLS listing data.
We have a couple brands for sale ending in ster on our company name idea marketplace, like Noxster and Vepster. You can see logo ideas for them in the ster image above. Both names would make terrific brands for an app or tech start-ups. To go directly to the sales page simply visit Noxter.com or Vepster.com
